Got up feeling crappy. Painful lower abdomen. Kind of like I had been doing a bunch of situps. Guess I did too much walking yesterday.
Took my Levofloxacin antibiotic in preparation for tomorrow's catheter removal.
Later in the morning I felt dizzy and foggy. Looked up side effects of the antibiotic - sure enough, dizziness. I was expecting an antibiotic to give you gut problems, not make you dizzy.
Speaking of gut, I still am not back to normal in that department. Still have gas and just out-of-wack digestive track. I think I drank too many fizzy soft drinks too early. I was warned not to.
It's about 8:30 pm now and my dizziness seems mostly gone. Still have gassy gut, but not a big problem (I hope).
Will drive over to COH in the morning for 11:30 appointment. The catheter was kind of fun for a while, but it has worn out its welcome. What follows; however, may be worse. They told me to bring some "man pads" for after the catheter.
